About Wampanoag Golf Course

Welcome to Wampanoag Golf Course! Wampanoag Golf course was built in the the late 1920โ€™s by Algernon Barney. We are located along the scenic Palmer River in the historic Barneyville section of Swansea, Massachusetts. 200 ships in 79 years were built, along with many gun boats, whalers, and merchant ships. The 9 hole Golf course is a Links style design with open fairways and small beautiful greens. Our course will make for an enjoyable round of golf!
