Since 1897, we have been serving residents and visitors with a fun, well-conditioned golf course. Redesigned in 1927 by Donald Ross and located only 10 miles from Boston, we are a public favorite. Our famous snack shop serves the “Buddy Burger” as well as other favorites, ice cold beer and a limited wine selection. To reserve and pay for your tee time online, simply click the Tee Times Tab above, you may reserve your Tee Time 7 days in advance. No spectators are allowed with out paying a full green fee. Only 4 people allowed per group total!. Newton Commonwealth Redesigned in 1920 by the renowned architect, Donald Ross, this course is scenic, challenging, featuring quick greens and relatively narrow fairways. Course management is essential as many a big hitter has discovered, with water and sand bunkers appearing frequently.
